Microcrystalline Polyurea Grouting Material Application Method

Surface Preparation

Clean the crack surface thoroughly, remove dust and debris, and inspect the crack path, depth, and width to ensure proper treatment.

Drilling Holes

Drill grouting holes along both sides of the crack at a 45° angle. The hole spacing is typically 20–30 cm. Use compressed air to blow out dust or impurities and ensure the grout can penetrate effectively into the cracks or voids.

Pipe Installation & Sealing

Insert the grouting pipe into the drilled hole and seal the crack surface with plugging mortar or epoxy resin to prevent leakage during grouting.

Flushing & Inspection

Flush the crack with clean water to confirm smooth channel flow and check the sealing effect of the surface.

Pressure Grouting

Perform grouting under the designed pressure, generally between 0.2–0.4 MPa.

Do not exceed the structural safety limit. Always inject from the lowest point upwards, or from one end to the other for horizontal cracks.
When grout appears at the next hole, temporarily stop grouting, seal the passage, and then continue injection until the designed filling standard is achieved.

Curing & Final Sealing

After the grout has fully solidified, remove the grouting pipes and seal the surface with plugging mortar or epoxy resin to ensure long-term waterproofing and durability.
