YURU Cement-based penetrating crystallization waterproof coating is a powdery rigid waterproof material made of special cement, various high-quality additives and fillers as the base material, and mixed with various active chemical substances through a special process. After the reaction with water, the active chemical substances contained in the material penetrate into the concrete through the carrier of water, forming water-insoluble crystals in the concrete to block the capillary channels inside the concrete, thereby making the concrete dense and achieving the purpose of long-term waterproofing.

Base treatment
The oil, dust, floating sand and dirt on the surface of the concrete base must be cleaned up. The dry concrete base should be sprinkled with water to make the base fully moist, but there should be no clear water to ensure that the penetrating crystallization material can penetrate into the concrete through the water carrier to achieve the purpose of crystallization and blocking the capillary pores.
Additional waterproof layer treatment for details
Fill the sealing material in the reserved groove according to the design requirements, and apply multiple times (2-4 times) on the corners, pipe roots and other small parts. A layer of carcass reinforcement material should be sandwiched in underground projects.
Brushing method
◆Weigh according to the weight ratio of powder: water = 1:0.3-0.36.
◆Mixing: Pour water into the container first, then pour the powder into the water, and stir mechanically for 5 minutes.
◆Brushing: Use a hard brush to evenly apply the paint on the surface of the base layer. It should be applied multiple times, generally 2-3 times. The second coat can be applied after the first coat is cured (if the surface of the previous coat has dried and turned white, it needs to be moistened before applying the next coat). The amount of paint is 1.5-1.7Kg/㎡, and the coating thickness should be greater than 0.8mm.

Dry powder spreading construction
Sprinkle 1kg/㎡ of powder evenly on the surface of the concrete that has not been completely solidified, and immediately press the powder into the concrete with a wooden trowel and perform calendering until the surface is smooth and flat without looseness or roughness.
Maintenance method
After the coating is completed, maintenance should be carried out for no less than 72 hours. It must not be damaged when sprayed with water. It can be covered with a maintenance layer. Maintenance can also be carried out after the coating is cured by spraying alcohol and water. However, it should be noted that the coating must not be damaged when sprayed with water.
