Homogeneous polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing membrane is a high-quality, polymer waterproof sheet material. It is made of PVC resin as the main raw material, and plasticizers, UV inhibitors, anti-aging agents, stabilizers and other processing aids are added. The polymer waterproofing membrane is produced by extrusion. Due to the unique product formula, the product life far exceeds that of ordinary waterproof materials. The entire waterproof system has a long life of more than 30 years for roofs and more than 50 years for underground. It is widely used in construction and civil engineering.
Internally reinforced PVC waterproofing membrane is a thermoplastic PVC membrane. It uses polyester fabric or glass fiber as reinforcement. Through a special extrusion coating process, the double-sided PVC plastic layer and the middle polyester or glass fiber reinforcement are combined into one to form a polymer membrane. The advanced PVC plastic layer combined with the mesh structure of polyester fabric gives the membrane excellent dimensional stability and a low thermal expansion coefficient. The glass fiber internal reinforcement is fully kneaded with the membrane, so there will be no interlayer separation and water immersion, which improves the long-term performance of the membrane directly exposed to the natural environment. At the same time, the unique coating on the surface of the membrane makes the membrane self-cleaning, preventing dust and pollutants in the air from coloring the membrane.
